Private Event Request

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING PRIVATE EVENTS
  • No inflatables allowed for private events
  • No Sunday private events
  • No usage of the Cafe
  • Keys are only checked out to active FC Members and are required for Friday and Saturday events
  • NEW! Saturday usage of the Gathering Area and/or Room 101 is limited to 4 hours. This includes set up and tear down. You must select (1) of the following time slots 10:00AM-2:00PM OR 2:00PM-6:00PM. You cannot select both. 

If you would like to schedule a private event, there are 3 steps:
  1. Review the FC Private Event Guidelines doc attached here
  2.  Fill out and submit the Private Event Request form
  3. Once submitted, you will receive an email stating if we are able to accommodate your request and directing next steps
  4. Building closure times: Monday-Friday 9:00PM, Saturday 6:00PM, Sunday Not Available
